These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fatibara marketplace.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Fatibara, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use the platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
Marketplace Role
Fatibara provides a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, pricing, fulfillment, and customer service. Listings must not infringe third-party rights.
Orders and Fulfillment
Buyers are responsible for reviewing order details before purchase. Vendors must fulfill orders in a timely manner and communicate delays.
Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through our payment provider. We may charge commissions or service fees, which will be disclosed before a transaction is completed.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant Fatibara a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it for operating the service.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, or to sell prohibited goods. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the platform. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fatibara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Guinea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
